5. Panic! At The Disco

Although Panic has been recently putting out more pop music, some of their older stuff has more of a rock or punk sound. Their debut album "A Fever You Can't Sweat Out" has a theatrical sound, much like The Black Parade. Each song tells a story and is different yet simular to one another. The instrumentals are great and the lyrics can make it feel like your IQ has gone up.

4. Queen

Queen is truly iconic and an inspiration to most bands, including MCR. My Chem has said that they took inspiation from Bohemian Rapsody when making Welcome To The Black Parade. You can hear influence from this band in other songs in The Black Parade.

3. Falling In Reverse

Falling In Reverse has rock and post-hardcore songs that resemble songs from Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge or You Brought Me Your Bullets, I Brought You My Love. It deals with some of the same topics as MCR's music too.

Like Panic! At The Disco, this band takes inspiration from theater and often their music and music videos tell a story. They have rock and punk music that has simular instumentals to MCR. Also, they both collaborated to cover Under Pressure by David Bowie.
